The breakfasts were amazing, with a wide variety of dishes in the buffet section and cooked-to-order options. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the key sights. The service from the front desk was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay.

The room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around and access our luggage. the noise from the street outside was disturbing, especially late at night and early in the morning.

Friendly staff, stunning view of Gediminas castle tower. Convenient location in the heart of the old town. Charming historic building with original decor. Expect pleasant morning bells from nearby church.

The hotel's location is exceptional, right in the heart of old town Vilnius. Guests can easily walk to great restaurants and shops, and most major tourist spots are within walking distance. Additionally, the rooms are comfortable and clean, with decent-sized bathrooms and all the necessary amenities.

The sauna and steam room weren't turned on unless specifically requested, and the pool was small and freezing. This was a letdown for those looking to relax and unwind at the hotel.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience overall. the indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and steam room were exclusive amenities that added to the relaxation of our stay here. the massage at the Spa Centre was exceptional and we enjoyed the Spa Lounge after it. the full body massage was very professional, and we felt pampered throughout. the location was amazing with easy access to the city center. the restaurant's special diet menus were outstanding with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from.

the service at the reception wasn't always prompt and friendly, with the staff being away on multiple occasions.
